The hotel is located in a very crowded area, close to the riverside, offering a bustling atmosphere. the rooms are well-appointed and spacious, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. the staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. the breakfast buffet offers a good selection of dishes. there are on-site facilities including a fitness center and a bar/restaurant, providing convenience.

The hotel's location away from the main sights of the city can be tiring for daily travel.

Easy walk from a bus stop. Our room had a view of the Mekong River. Free Wi Fi was handy. This hotel is an ideal place for a holiday in Phnom Penh: )

The room was perfect, spacious, and comfortable with a great view. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped gym and a lovely lounge bar. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided great service. The location was convenient, with easy access to the main center and nearby restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the large and comfortable rooms with impressive river views. the helpful and friendly staff made our stay even more pleasant. We also appreciated the convenient location near the city center and the free tuk-tuk service offered by the hotel.

My room was very comfortable and was surprisingly spacious. More that I expected for the price I paid. I also had a very nice view of the city and the Tonle Sap River. Breakfast was good and the staff was polite and efficient. Over-all, service was commendable.

The river view from the room was stunning, especially during the water festival. The housekeeping service was excellent and the laundry service was quick and efficient.

The air conditioning in the room was non-existent and despite our complaints, it was not fixed. The location of the hotel was quite far from the city center and required a tuk-tuk or van to get anywhere, which was inconvenient.

It's a bit off the main streets but tuk-tuks wait just outside the hotel to bring you for $2-3 to anywhere you want.

The rooms were dirty. We booked a minibus through them...it was dirty, no air on and double the price it should have been
